Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
6ph may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or permanently close a User's account in the following circumstances:
